About

This is a blog I set up (with help, thanks Gopal!) to detail my travels, mishaps, and work in Trinidad and Tobago.  I will be working with the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) to assist in HIV treatment scale up.  My main role will be working with the pharmacists in Trinidad and Tobago to improve their follow up and care of HIV patients starting antiretroviral therapy.  I also hope to get a sun tan.

Here is a link to the program in case you are interested:

The dates of my trip are 4/5-4/20/08.

  4. Hey Amy,

Glad your having fun while taking opportunity of such a humanatarian cause. I wish I knew you were in Trini….I just spent this past week in Trinidad. We spent a few days in Tobago as well and the snorkeling was amazing! Just got back into the States last night. Good luck and keep us posted! Hugs, Shailja
